Thanks to all the students, engineers, and teachers that have taken part in the Metre Zone!

It has been a fab 4 weeks. We hope you’ve enjoyed it – and we hope you’ve learnt something about what it’s like being an engineer.

There have been some excellent questions asked by students. Here are a few of my favourites:

• how do you stay organised?
• Whats he hardest part of working as an engineer?
• Do you prefer using CAD when designing in 3D or do you like going the old paper and pencil way?

Throughout the Zone students have been voting for their favourite engineer. That engineer will win a £500 prize to spend on more engineering engagement.
