Space is an incredibly hostile environment for humans, or life of any form. There is no breathable air and there is no atmosphere to protect from dangerous radiation. Sending humans into space is a very difficult task as all sorts of systems need to be designed and developed to keep them safe. In addition, we have to deal with the effects of microgravity and being kept in a small area for extended periods of time.

Challenging to stay alive with no atmosphere and weightless but fascinating from an engineering perspective in exploration and pushing boundaries

I imagine it must be very challenging (but also exciting) to be in space! I have watched videos of astronauts living on the International Space Station and it’s very interesting to see how they adapt to life up there.
